ROBERT “ROBBIE” BORNHOLDT,
Coach Bornholdt is a Native of Altus, Oklahoma. While attend Southwestern Oklahoma State University He Served as a Student Assistant Coach. In 1996 the Bulldogs Won the NAIA National Championship. During The 1997 Season The Bulldogs Won the Lone Star North Championship in their First Season of D-II Football. During the 1999 Season he helped the Weatherford, Oklahoma Eagles to the 4A State Championship. For two seasons he served as the Defensive Coordinator/ Special Teams Coordinator and Wide Receivers Coach at Bloomfield NM and in Dimmitt Texas. In 2002 he moved to Alpine Texas to work on his Master Degree in Political Science. During this time, he served as the Defensive Coordinator/Linebackers Coach for the Sul Ross Lobos. Between the years 2003-2005 Coach B was the youngest defensive Coordinator in Division 3 College football. He is starting his Twenty-Sixth-year coaching. He served as 13 Years with Hobbs Schools. Three Years with the Lovington Wildcats. For the last Five Season he has Worked at Highland Middle School in Hobbs. Where he has Served as the Offensive Coordinator and Head Girls Track Coach. Coach Bornholdt is the proud father of a wonderful daughter Karli. She is a Sophomore at Hobbs High School.
